  Bud's Electric Motor Service, Inc. was opened on July 25, 1955 by Orvin (Bud) Hickey. The first shop was located in Louisville, Kentucky. The second (and current) location was opened in Clearwater, Florida on April 16, 1956.

 Bud's Electric continues to be family owned and operated by Ken & Dolly Hickey. Our goals are to maintain the standards of integrity and service that are a family tradition at Bud's.

 We are proud to have been allowed to serve our customers for over 50 years in the electric motor industry. If we can be of any help to you, please call, email or write to us today. Or, if you're in the Clearwater area, stop by our shop at 405 S. Missouri Avenue.
